Opera Version Update on Google play

I'm on a Motorola G Pure
Android version 12
Opera type standard free browser
Opera version 80.4.4244.77866
Play version 40.4.31-31 [0] [PR] 621249419

Below is a picture of what my Google play says about opera and it's latest version. I'm stuck on the version listed above and while it works i would very much like to stay up to date with my Opera browser because I really enjoy it. I don't know what is wrong or what to do about it and was hoping someone could help.

Same problem for Nokia G10 Android One 13

@mahotilo I did a little digging into current android and I'm two versions behind and I'm not getting the new android ever again so I think the cause is lack of software capability. I think the best option is to upgrade to something a year old or newer and use that one.

I'm having the same/a similar problem on a Nokia phone... but I can install the Beta version. My Nokia has Android 12; on two other devices with Android 9 and 11 Go, I've been able to update the main Opera app.

I just got a Moto G Power (Android 12); it can install Opera (and Beta). Still can't on the Nokia ND152L.

I've been facing the same on my Samsung 13 android version. I've tried updating it again but the issue persists.

I'm currently using the version mentioned above, and although it functions, I'm eager to keep my Opera browser updated as I genuinely appreciate its features. However, I'm unsure of what's causing the issue or how to address it, so I'm seeking assistance from someone who might be able to help.

@watson121 Tried to upgrade the Opera but it returned with the same response as shown above. with my new system. It's showing the same even after changing the settings accordingly.
