I have a claim that it's as if there is a problem with your servers because I truly answer the questions right but you give me a feedback that I have answered wrongly which makes me confused?

Please kindly let me know why am unable to redeem my rewards since 1st May, 2024, when I try to redeem am being told am still logged in I go back to mission. Whats the problem
