Opera Ai does not work when I log into my opera account

I have been receiving this bug on Opera recently and only on 1 of my laptops. I am trying to use the AI feature on my secondary school laptop and it is not letting me. This was working fine until about 2 weeks ago and have not been able to find a solution. I heard that if I unlog and log back into my account it would work. I tried that it started working without my account then prompted me to log back in. When I did log back in, I had the same issue. When I tried to refresh the page same issue don't know what is causing it again it was working fine please help.
