Disabling Background music for certain tabs

Hello!, I was wondering whether there is a way to disable background music while opening certain chosen tabs, simply speaking is there a way to make the background music pause itself automatically while browsing through certain chosen tabs just like it pauses itself when you play a video ?

@mddarkness2009 Not automatically, but there is a small speaker button on any tabs with videos/music playing that you can quickly press to silence them.
