Opera GX Isn't Starting Up Anymore

Hi my Opera GX browser isn't starting anymore.
To explain what happen earlier today I restarted my computer and after it was done restarting my Opera GX which always opens up on it's own after a restart on my computer stopped working. Instead of Opera GX booting up it says opera.exe - Application Error at the top and give me the message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application.". After that it only gives me the option to click OK which closes the window. I've done everything I can think of uninstalling and then reinstalling, running as administrator, updating to the most recent version, I've even tried just restarting my whole pc and nothing has worked it just gives me the same message as before.

I would really appreciate any and all help that I can get since I need Opera GX for my streaming. I can't run my streams on any other browser I have because it just tank the streams performance and crashes the stream.
