I don't think, it is possible with Opera accounts. You can keep one and delete other one that you created mistakenly.

@coletrain219 Yes. Yes, you can. If anyone's still looking, just log out of your unwanted account. When asked, do not clear local data. Sign in with wanted account. If on another device, remember to turn sync back on.
This post's a year old so maybe they added it since.
Don't know if this works with passwords or other sensitive data.
