How to manage synched data

Again something new.... I just clicked on settings symbol next to the adress bar (where you can you your all settings for Opera). And was surpriced to see on top my email adress, my Avatar....and realized that this data from the logging into the forum here. Under email and Avatar is was shown "synchronization on".... suprice, surprise !?
In deed a week ago after upgrading to Opera 80 and having issues with the advertising speed dials, I logged in the forum here. So i suggest, that Opera browser took this login data to put it in the Opera browser account . I also suggest that synch was on by default. So after tapping on the synchonisation now i can see my synched data in deed. Because i made changes in the speed dials threre is 2x backup of these speed dials. Thus i suppose there was at least 2 times synchronising in the last week.

So my question: can I manage the data which has been already synchonized? Can i delete of what i dont want to be on the synch server?
And how can I force the synch to start? Or is this only lunching by Opera itself in periodical terms? Buw whan and how often?

Does someone have information/experience about that?
