https://stackoverflow.com/questions/77519169/err-ssl-key-usage-incompatible-error-google-chrome-this-site-cant-be-reached-mi and https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/239508594/err-ssl-key-usage-incompatible-error-in-chrome-but-not-edge-for-all-google-sites-and-some-others?hl=en have some interesting info.
The certificate for the site needs to be updated to specify usage or you need to modify Opera's shortcut to pass
-force-fieldtrials=RSAKeyUsageForLocalAnchors/DisabledLaunch
to launcher.exe.There is also mention of deleting Opera's "Local state" file which temporarily fixes it. But, that might cause existing passwords, cookies and extensions to be inaccessible, so beware.

There is no guarantee that when we delete the "local state" of Opera, there will be an error on accessing the existing cookies, passwords and more.
Is there a permanent fix for the error on SSL for accessing in Opera browsers?

If it's just on a certain site or router/portal page for example, when you get the error page, focus a blank spot on the page and type
thisisunsafe
to see if it'll let you ignore the error and stop it from coming up again for the page. -

@burnout426 I've tried all of these solutions as well as a bunch of others I've seen online. Absolutely nothing has worked. I started having this problem with chrome a few months ago which is why I switched to Opera in the first place, and it's really frustrating that this is happening again, because I'd honestly rather die than be forced to switch to Edge.

Edge using Chromium like Chrome and Opera do, so it might have the same problem unless it disables the Chromium feature.
