Lack of Advanced Settings in Opera GX Mobile

There are many settings that are not provided in Opera GX Mobile compared to Opera GX Desktop, for example there is lack of privacy and appearance settings, and there is no DOH configuration. Is there a way to show more settings in Opera GX Mobile? Or are they still waiting for the future updates?
