download, then change to zip extension, then open persona.inf and add missing part:

after just save in zip archive and click change your wallpaper in opera (choose modified zip archive) and then add your wallpaper, for me it is working after that, files are there just incorrect inf

and i have to change .webm extension to zip? its failed when i move persona.inf file to that zip

@arthemis12 you should just make inf modification and name theme then add to opera:

you should modify only inf file nothing else, all 3 files should be in .zip like other opera themes, original file has incorrect inf
