Saved passwords in Opera still there after system restore?

Need verification, please! I think I need to do a system restore on my PC with Windows 10. I will keep all my personal files and have my Opera password written down. After the restore, as long as I have the password to get into Opera, all of my saved passwords in Password Manager will still be there, correct?

@julieinmi If they are synced, you probably will be able to get them back. You can also export them just as a backup measure.

Synced to what? Exported to where?

And exported to a CSV file
