I keep signed out of google accounts every time I Open opera GX since last update. I' m on windows and didn't really found a way to stop that my self and I dont know what to do. I checked if i had cookies on auto delete, I deleted cookies on google sites(google, youtube, gmail) and tryed to make new ones. Before the update I had a problem with wapp web disconnecting randomly.

I haven't been using Opera GX for long - less than a week. However, every time I go to my Pinterest tab it signs me out. It's quite annoying as I use it on almost a daily bases for references and just for general viewing. I've tired the "throw away cookie" but that's been off. I'm not sure what to do.

Hello everytime i close the browser i am always log off of every webseite i visit.

All Cookies allowed i dont browse private.
I dont have the option turn on thats reset my cookies every close.

@sharkmarc Cookies file may be corrupted. You can delete it from the profile directory, so Opera will create a new one.

I am also facing the same issue with Opera browser. You mean, I have to uninstall the current browser and install it again.

@kane12 Don't need to reinstall, just remove the current Cookies file and check if it helps.

These past few days opera started logging me off of eveyrthing, from youtube and google websites to any socials im logged into. I saw that this problem had been fixed on Mac, but i couldnt find a way to fix it on Windows 11.

@noxx772 First basic thing to do is to check your cookies settings to see if the option to remove them on exit is not enabled by chance and if all are being accepted.

@leocg After seeing the other posts I went to check the cookie settings, and they were set to keep the cookies even after closing opera, so i dont know what is happening, and for some reason today I didnt get logged off anything like it was happening in the past few days

I see that i keep logging out ( of the browser session; the one you see on the top right after logging in to opera GX). I couldn't find a way to increase the session time out. The issue here is that the sync gets stopped and it requires me to remember and re login to Opera GX constantly.

can we keep me logged in like in Chrome/ Firefox instead of logging me out like this?
