“Opera” would like to access data from other apps

Hi,

Lately, I started to get this pop-up upon Opera start-up.

I had no changes done to anything.

When I press don't allow, the pop-up comes back after completely exiting opera then re-opening.

Please explain what data Opera is asking, for what reason and why won't it accept that I do not allow it?

I keep getting the same pop-up on startup. This is on my macbook. it doesn't happen on my desktop computer
