Moving tab to another monitor changes desktop

Dragging a tab from Opera browser window on monitor 1 to monitor 2, if there's another Opera browser window in another desktop (Windows + Tab, desktop 2) on monitor 2, the tab change forces a desktop change and goes onto the browser window on desktop 2, monitor 2.

@emivy I am having the same issue and cannot find any solutions or reasons why it does this. My solution right now is just drag the tab out to be its own separate window then move it between monitors, but obviously its still slower.
