Trouble Restoring Old Opera Bookmarks

I hope you're all doing well. I recently attempted to restore my old bookmarks in Opera but have run into a bit of a roadblock. Unfortunately, I'm unable to access the provided link, as it appears to be blocked in my location. Even when using a VPN, the page keeps loading indefinitely.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue, and if so, do you have any alternative methods for restoring old bookmarks?

I have not been successful in restoring my bookmarks either. I am so disappointed in Opera for not having a fix for this or for even warning about the update. I had sites bookmarked for years and and just sick about it.
