Download popout doesent shows all of my downloads

Hello,
I tried to change my wallpaper to a video i downloaded, but as i opened the download file from opera gx, there were no files i downloaded last time... there are missing several downloads including that video and i cant select any image or video i downloaded because its not the right download file where all my downloads are (the normal download file from windows) Is there any way to change the download popout to the normal windows download file?
