Change Text Background from #5021FF?

I've seen various posts spanning back to 2012 on various sites about changing the CSS background:hover and text-select background color. Currently it is Purple?? (#5021FF).

I've looked in the various persona.ini files and still have had no luck (normal text background is found there, but not the hover / text-select color.

This should be something easily changeable by the user. Especially when a purple?? is chosen as the default. I don't mind tweaking files, but I've run out of places to look,

What say the experts?

@leocg Uugh... It's always the simple things that end up being so complicated. Who thought "cringe inducing Purple" was a good choice? Oh well .... "feature request?"
