Opera restarts after cmd+Q quit

Opera 103.0.4928.16 (x86_64)When quitting using cmd+Q, the app restarts after a couple of seconds. The issue is continuous.
Quitting from top-left menu -> "Quit Opera" is effective, instead. -

@starless74 Opera won't quit. Opera-Menu -> Opera Quit does not work CMD=Q does not work. Opera restarts every time imagining it has crashed. I can't shutdown my MacBook.
