Drag and Drop is broken on iFrame

I'd say, since a few weeks at least.

To replicate:

1. go here: https://codepen.io/Israa-Adnan/pen/RwEpopR
   This is a drag and drop demo (not mine). Since it runs on Codepen, the actual HTML result is embedded in an iFrame, which is perfect to replicate the Opera issue.
2. On Opera, it doesn't work. On Chrome, it does.

My version:
Opera One(version: 102.0.4880.78) (arm64)
Opera is up to date
Update stream:Stable
System:macOS Version 14.0 (Build 23A344) 14.0.0 arm64
