Dark UI with Light Pages

Hey devs, just because I choose a dark ui, don't mean I want dark pages. Make these two options separate, please!

@leocg That's exactly what's happening, and exactly what I do not want. Just because I like a dark them ui, toolbars, etc... does not mean that I automatically want dark pages. Hence my original request, they need to be two separate options. If I set a dark theme in Chrome, Chrome does not let "the web" determine I want dark pages. Once again Devs thinking they know better, or a lack of a user liason between Devs and regular users. Just like the lack of a home button, and a custom start page.

@leocg It is an opera issue. As opera is telling the website that dark theme is enabled.
