Upload Clipboard Pop-Up bypassed on some websites

Hi, I have an issue.
On some specific websites the upload area seems to bypass the opening of the clipboard / recent-download pop-up, that is one of the most useful features in Opera.

Can anybody find a solution to force the opening of the pop-up no matter what the page does? It's very bothering to be forced to download a file to be able to upload it somewhere, after you got used to jus copy it.
