Youtube is stuck on "connect to internet"

I've tried to disable AdBlock, but it still wont work. I've exited out and into opera, still wont work. I've turned internet off and on, you get the idea. Please help!

Found the issue ya'll, my browser VPN was in China, and youtube is not availible in China lol.
