Can I duplicate my speed dial from my old laptop?

I had my speed dial set up just the way I wanted it and then had to get a new laptop. Now that I've got everything set up and synced with the old laptop, the only thing that I don't have is the wonderful time saving speed dial. I can see it and I can navigate to it but I can only import book marks and not my speed dials? Why isnt' it just a collection of book marks? It's in the book mark's area so I don't understand why I can't import other speed dials into my current speed dials.

@amyd32193 As said several times before, you can copy them from Other Speed Dials to Speed Dial.

@leocg in what way? I've searched the forums and I found how to do it for a phone but nothing on the pc side? I see that I can copy each folder but as for the whole speed dial, I can only change the name or "remove it." It also appears that this feature to import other speed dials has been requrested by users in every version I can see since 2015 but no solution but to manually copy and paste my 16 folders. Seems clunky for a browser that's otherwise so easy to use.

@amyd32193 Go to the bookmarks management page (opera://bookmarks), open Other Speed Dials, access the device, select the entries you want, copy them, go to Speed Dial, paste them.

You don't have to do it a folder at a time.
-> Bookmarks
-> "other speed dials".
-> Wade through and figure out which one is the right one (I have 12).- Click on the correct folder to open it
- Control-A on the entire displayed batch on the right -- Drag-n-drop them to the real folder you want.
