My history log is empty on startup. Sometimes it comes back, periodic behavior. Have no idea what's going on.
No changes have been made in settings. Opera 99.0.4788.13 on Win10.

opera://history/ is working fine at the moment.
100.0.4815.76 on Win10.

Did a couple of restarts. History takes about a minute or two to load.
It appears at the same time as favicons in the Bookmarks bar, that are also missing on startup.

Could be. Using the X to delete entries does not work at all on my browser.
The X is totally non-responsive.
History list not only takes time to appear upon startup, but also disappears with a Ctrl+F5 refresh and uses a long time to repopulate.
In Sync my history number is 3693.

I'm the one who posted the "History deletion" complaint several months ago. I was told that it is fixed in Opera 100+... except it isn't. You still have to manually clean up your (bloated) History to remove that lag. This is clearly a coding issue, no doubt there (it strictly depends on the size of the History file alone, which is extremely visible via testing), but somehow nobody cares to even try investigating it, let alone actually fixing it. Nice support we have here, don't we? I mean, it's not like we have people complaining about the genius decision to "update" the general "theme" as well, no? -
