Add a font manager

Most websites and apps don't allow custom fonts, so this could be a thing where you could either add a font for people to use, upload a font to use, use a font, and you could copy & paste the words that you just converted to a different font or make the words appear as a picture to download or CTRL+C for photo editing.

@pikawarrior1222 Unless Chromium adds such feature, I don't think Opera will have something like that.
