Tabs move spontaneously

Tabs spontaneously move, if you quickly switch between them, the tab spontaneously moves to the first place, it's insanely annoying. Version 100.0.4815.21.

I made a video and slowed it down, you can clearly see that I did not move the tab and it moved to the first place. This happens regularly.
