DocsAfterDark

Hi! The Document Background function doesn't seem to be working for me. Clicking any of the options besides the "Invert" checkbox does not change anything on the page.
I've tried refreshing, switching Google accounts, and restarting both my browser and PC - Though none of this has yielded any results. Is this a known bug, or am I missing something here?
Thank you in advance!

Before the new docs update DocsAfterDark changed the color only of docs itself rather than the page as well, but since the update it's just kind of broken and it works only on 2/3rds of the site and still doesn't change the page's color. I'm using it on OperaGX but it works perfectly fine on Firefox even after the update

@tarator: Hello, many of the visible issues caused by the Google Docs redesign have been fixed in DocsAfterDark v0.6.X. If these issues continue to persist, please contact issues@waymondrang.com.

@shiny-dratini: Hello, I'm sorry that the extension did not work as expected. Due to previous updates to Google Docs, the document background features have been unstable. Having stable, functional background color options is one of the goals for the extension. I appreciate your understanding!

@waymondrang Hi! I don't know if it's thanks to my comment (probably not) but there was an update recently and now it works even better than before! Thanks!

Hi!
Im using it on Opera GX!
I'd like to know if there's a way to turn the text white while the dark mode is active without changing the colors of the images within the doc -

Hi, I'm having the same trouble. The extension does nothing. I'm on a brand new install of Opera, just trying it out for the 1st time.
I have Opera's 'Force dark theme' setting on but it has no effect on my Google sheets. I'm trying out this extension and nothing happens either.
I tried removing the preferences folder in 'Application Support' (on an M1 Mac) to reset the app. I tried installing the extension again and still nothing.
I'm not sure what elese to try, or why Google docs are the only webpage not being affected by Either Opera's dark setting or this extension (or any other dark mode extension I tried).

@pritxus1898: well that's a problem for me. i'm using a default dark mode extention which does exactly that. i was thinking of trying this one out in case it only changes the background and text color without affecting the images.

Hi, I've been using this a long time, and the menu and side panel on Google docs etc are now being displayed as white no matter what options I toggle.
Please update with a fix, I hate writing with a bright white screen shining in my eyes. -
