Opera tabs are constantly reloading.

I keep more than 20 tabs at once. And when I switch to the tab, it reloads. I think this is from their latest updates, where they talked about optimization. I don't know for sure, but I think I agreed to some kind of tab optimization, now I want to turn it off so that the page does not reload every time
