toolbar font too large

I'm not expecting much from this as the 2 other posts from 2016/2017 had no replies, but here goes anyway.
I am trying to figure out how the make the font size for my toolbars on Opera only smaller. Somehow, they look like they are at 150+%. The font in the browser window itself is fine (I know how to toggle that up/down). And all other browsers nd programs text is fine (normal). And messing with the setting in Opera only affects the window font itself.
Anyone have any ideas to suggest I try? It's a bit frustrating as it's only on our desktop, and not my synced laptop.
