Allowing access to microphone and camera crashes browser

opening a Google meet, asked me to allow access to microphone and camera, clicking yes causes the browser to crash. No access was granted.

In the same way, I tried to use Google Meet and got a crash when allowing access to the camera and micro

I'm also having this same issue. This makes the browser unusable for me as I need to use google meet multiple times per day.
