getting No internet connection

Every so often I keep getting "No internet connection" but not problem with 'Chrome. The browser does not respond to any click of the cursor. Have to close browser and restart. I would like to continue using Opera but if this keeps happening will need to switch to Chrome. I do leave open a lot of tabs.

I often had this with Vivaldi browser. It seems to be a problem with resolving of DNS.
But troubleshooting could be to shut down your internet router and start it again after a one minute wait.
