Where did "My Opera Friends" go?

I began to use the Opera browser sometime in mid to late 2009. Well, I found not only a browser, but also a place to meet new friends, all over the world. My guess is that it was an Opera social site.

Not that I expected it to become the next Facebook or MySpace, but it was a great place to make friends all over the globe. It would be fantastic to see it return. Oddly, there wasn't an announcement that it was going to be dropped, that's the least that could have been done.

Is the feature going to return, or like some other MyOpera products, gone with the wind?

My Opera will not come back neither any of its service. Don't know if they will someday add a "friend" feature on the forums.

Btw, the end of My Opera was announced during four months.
