ERR_CONNECTION_RESET message

I have not been able to connect to the internet from Opera for a while. Other browsers work fine, but Opera displays this error message : ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

I have tried multiple solutions : reset, uninstall and reinstall opera, clear cookies, try opera one….. nothing works for me.

Try disabling TCP/IPv6 Protocol on your network connection to see if it works.

1. Use the shortcut Windows Key + X or right click the Start button.
2. Select Network Connections.
3. Click "Change adapter options".
4. Right-click your connection and go to Properties.
5. Uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) to disable it.
6. Click OK.

@khongyee Hi, thanks for your suggestion. But it still doesn't work for me. Do you have any other ideas?
