Opera 21 has the Personal Bookmarks bar across the top of the browser (alt + P, User Interface, Show the Bookmarks Bar), so I assume you mean a vertical bookmarks display?

To use a Chrome extension, all you need is the Opera extension, called, "Download Chrome Extension."
