After start Opera, it freezes for few seconds

So I have been using Opera for years but recently I have been running into a problem. When opening Opera, It starts loading the homepage, and 1-2 seconds later it freezes, and stays unresponsive for about +30seconds.
No matter if I have multiple tabs opened from last session, or none.

Tried resetting Opera through the Recovering option, which worked for only the first time opening it after that. Also, apparently this problem could be caused by Synchronization, but I have that disabled.

I also use Opera GX which works fine, maybe a complete switch to that version would be the best, wondering if I can import my SpeedDial to GX and keep the same as I had in Opera.
