Avoiding history in address-bar searches?

Opera is great, so thanks!
When I search from the address bar, Opera includes results from my history. (My Web history, I mean, not personal history—that's a good thing! ) This is pretty distracting—and with long page-specific URLs filling the address bar, it's hard to type the URL I actually want.
Firefox lets you choose exactly what results appear in address-bar searches (history, bookmarks, search "suggestions", etc.—or nothing!). Is there a way to choose these in Opera? I looked but couldn't find anything like it. Cheers!

There's an experimental way. Goto the URL
opera://flags/#address-bar-categories-customization
, enable the flag, restart Opera, start typing in the address field, click the gear icon in the address field drop-down, and uncheck the categories you don't want. -
