Same tab listed several times with Alt Tab

When ever i have a video player open and i hold Alt+Tab there is 2-3 copies of the same tab that appear, all showing the same thing and same title, so far it only happens with opera, does anyone know what this is and how to fix?

@blazeshep51 Same it happened to me too. It seems it only happened recently, might be related to the last update.

@leocg for me it happens with youtube. I currently have 3 tabs open in opera: youtube/wikipedia/this forum, when I press alt tab I see the same currently active tab 15 times

Same thing happens to me with netflix and hbo players.
