Twitter Log-in not working

I am trying to log into my twitter account but am being told that "Something went wrong, try reloading the page". This issue persists even after deleting the cookies from settings of opera browser, and turning of add blocker, trackers and VPN. It doesn't work in private mode too, but does work on other browsers such as Microsoft Edge.

I have attached some screenshots of the issue as well which may help you in resolving the issue.
