previewing tabs on opera

hello,
I have problems previewing tabs on opera , indeed I have the following message.

"the preview is not currently available" this by passing my mouse over the tab whether it is quick access, favorites or on the google tab.
yet preview is checked in opera settings latest version.

I don't speak English and I apologize.
