Deleted Password Recovery

I changed the password to one of my accounts and it was instead replaced the password for an important and personal account i didnt want to change at all and now i cant figure out my old password for that account.
Is there a way to dig up old deleted passwords or recover them at all?
I dont want to create a whole other account when that one is very important.

If you have any gmail link for verification then possible otherwise there is no way.
