Missing AI prompts in Opera GX browser

There is no AI prompts in the OPERA GX browser, despite the Early bird enabled
I tried updating the browser and reinstalling it, but nothing works. No one else has such a problem? -

@sainttree Make sure you have LVL4 (core: 96.0.4693.117)
Like other features, the AI Tools may not be available in all regions.

@sainttree I can't believe the moderators couldn't even figure this out. It's called "Early Bird." You have to go into your settings and turn on Early Bird, then the AI stuff will become available! You just have to restart Opera GX and you're good.

@smmania123 It's clearly said in the release post that you have to enable Early Bird, so it's supposed that people complaining about the lack of AI features have already done the necessary steps to get it.

Well, I have the Early Bird option enabled, but AI Prompts is still missing.

@sainttree Hey, I have the chance to shed some light into this mystery, I have bought 3 laptops recently, one from the US, one from Russia, and one from, Bolivia. The one from Bolivia has the AI services, The one from Russia, same AI services. The one from the US has the AI prompts in each opera and operaGX. therefore depends on where the pc or laptop has be bought from or configured. No matter what I did on the other laptos, AI Prompts was still missing, that include formating the PC. >:C
