how to manually install extensions?

i have an extension as a file but how do i get it into opera it only sees the folders and wont find the files it needs to load in the extensions i dont know what to do to make it work

@konigfisch Go to the extensions manager page (opera://extensions), turn on developer mode and click on Load Unpacked.
