Slow connection is taking the fun out of Opera Mini on iPhone

I had good experiences with Opera Mini on my iPhone (now IOS 7.0.6 on the Dutch T-Mobile network). But it takes more and more time to connect to Google to search for information. In the past I complained by mail, and got a reply Opera did something, after which the problem seemed to be solved. Now I can't find where to complain to, and I get the same bad connection as before. Might I enquire whether Opera has problems keeping their systems running?
This morning I tried a search and I had no problems connecting to Google and getting a search completed. Google even supplied me with alternative searches while typing my search query. Something not happening last night. Do the Opera servers get too much traffic to complete the search queries?

I've been having intermittent speed issues recently, too, and on a variety of sites. Mini spins and spins until I stop and try again, or just force quit Mini and start over. Safari has no such issues.

The main reason for this delay must be related with 'httpping' feature from server's header but the real slowness appears within jan-feb this year. Httpping obviously is not related with Opera Mini development since is hard to find a mini server with port 80 open (8081 is always open but not for ping-pong), instead it has something to do with ISP gateways behaviour as secondary (bad) behaviour. Most likely this 'ping' mask all open ports for debug consoles (run on latest line of products) running only on devs play field.
