There are shortcut options for accessing sidebar items like Messenger and so on.

Is it possible to add a shortcut to access a custom site I've added with opera://flags/#sidebar-site-panel?

Not possible as far as I know.

I used the 'workspaces' option as a workaround and just named the Workspace to the site I put there.
