Unable to create new account with old email

Hello,i want to open a new account with the same email from my previous account.I lost my old account because i had two step verification but i lost the codes and the backup codes.I used this email for my previous account davarhsnikos@gmail.com.I want my old account deleted but i want to use the same email for the new one,can you please help me?
