The speed dial auto refresh when ever I click on it. How can I disable it. I have a live wallpaper and it resets everytime I click on speed dial.

@rapidcream There is no setting for it. Maybe an extension is the cause?

@leocg I am also using opera Gx on another device but it is not happening on the opther one. I retried restore the setting but still it is reseting the animation.

I assume it doesn't happen if you right-click on a speed dial and choose "open in a new tab" where the new tab opens in the background.

I tested with https://addons.opera.com/en/wallpapers/details/cyberpunk-space-station/ installed.

I have 2 tabs open. The first one is the start page and the second is example.com. With the start page focused, if I switch to the example.com page and then switch back to the start page, as soon as I do, the animation starts over.

If I'm on the start page and click a speed dial to go to the page in the current tab and then click back to go to the start page, the background animation starts over.

Is all that what you're seeing and are you saying it use to be different?
