what type of file is the animated wallpapers?

I am trying to make myself an animated wallpaper but i can't figure out what file type i need it to be to upload it! please let me know!

@shialee You need to convert the video into webm. Take the image of first frame for thumbnail. Take the file persona.ini from any installed theme you have and edit it as shown in the screen shot. edit the background= to match the name of the video file and first frame image to the name of the image.

take any theme file. Delete its content and put your files in it.

@shialee It's inside the ZIP file of the theme. You can also create one yourself.

Use a file type like GIF, MP4, WMV, WebM, or APNG to make an animated wallpaper, or a format particular to your operating system, like DreamScene for Windows or Android's Live Wallpaper formats. Consider the potential performance effects on your device when selecting a format that is compatible with your system and any third-party programs you want to use.
