Restore files from download folder

Hi,

so yesterday I was clearing my phone from junk, and I was just curious if I can delete history of my download files. So I selected all downloads and simply cleared it, but I had no clue that it will delete my downloads! Is there any way to get back my files, I've lost like 350+ photos/videos, does opera saves some logs of my IP what I downloaded, unfortunatelly I wasn't signed in. Please let me know if you are facing/faced with same issue and how you dealed with it, these files were so important to me.
