How can I turn on Other bookmarks?

I have the same bookmarks in Brave. But in case with Brave Other Bookmarks are shown, in Opera don't. If you know how to turn it on - please let me know

Opera doesn't have the option to show "other bookmarks" on the bookmarks bar.
