Opera GX stuck in full screen and is unresponsive

When I start my PC opera instantly opens and bricks my PC, it goes into full screen and I can't click on it or any other thing I have on my pc, I can't even get into safe mode cuz I can't access the power options in the sign in screen, I don't wanna reinstall windows just cuz opera is doing some weird shit

Are you unable to open Task Manager via CTRL + ALT + DEL?

You said it's unresponsive but to confirm - are you able to interact with the browser itself at all? or is everything just frozen?
